Public Corporation Russian Concern for the Production of Electricity and Heat at Nuclear Power Plants (hereinafter referred to as Rosenergoatom Concern JSC) is the only company operating all the Russian nuclear plants. This section of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC corporate web-site is prepared for the purpose of fulfillment of the provisions of the Russian Federation Federal Law of 26.12.1995 No. 208-FZ “On Joint Stock Companies”, Order of the Federal Service on Russian Finance Markets of 10.10.2006 No. 06-117/pz-n” On Approval of the Regulations of Information Disclosure by Issuers of Securities”, the provisions on mandatory disclosure of information approved by Rosenergoatom Concern JSC Board of Directors on December 7, 2009, for the purpose of the provision of the interested parties with timely, reliable and full information and establishment of efficient dialogue between Rosenergoatom Concern JSC and interested parties, as well as Investment Banking Professionals through a convenient interactive interface.

 

The Concern has in place a public reporting system which is a set of interrelated and connected elements forming a certain integrated activity on public reporting and its development.

 

The main elements of the Concern’s public reporting system stipulated by the Policy and Standard of Rosatom State Corporation in the area of public reporting are the functional center of responsibility (managers and the working group), regulatory framework, representatives of stakeholders participating in preparation of reporting during dialogs and operation of the Stakeholders Commission, as well as infrastructural support (consulting, internal and external independent audit, etc.).

 

The Concern’s report is prepared on the basis of regulating documents approved by administrative orders of the General Director:

  • Procedure for Preparation of the Concern’s Annual Report
  • List of Standard Elements of Public Annual Reporting of the Concern
  • Regulations on the Concern’s Stakeholders Commission.

The functioning of the Concern’s public reporting system is based on the work of a number of structural subdivisions which representatives form part of the working group on report preparation. The main functions are divided between the First Deputy General Director – Head of the Working Group on Report Preparation, Deputy General Directors, and the Department for Information and Public Relations.
